Proverbs - Lay Not Wait

Proverbs 24:15-16

Lay not wait, O wicked man, against the dwelling of the righteous;
spoil not his resting place:
For a just man falleth seven times, and riseth up again:
but the wicked shall fall into mischief.

We must be careful to not come against someone when they, in fact, are in the right.  This requires a bit of research and slow conclusions.  We must not jump on band wagons and believe all we hear.   Even if we face this sort of attack we must remember that we may fall.  We may make mistakes.  We may even purposefully rebel at the moment, but we will get up again.  We will repent.  We will learn from our mistakes and seek to learn from them.  There is no need to be defeated.  The wicked will fall and not be able to get up. If we are those righteous ones seeking to do what God wants us to do, we will rise again and again.  Pick yourself up, be filled with His Spirit and go on in His forgiveness and purpose for your life!
