heed and beware of the leaven of the Pharisees and of the Sadducees.
The Lord Warns Us
God
is love. He loves everyone and He loves
in truth. There are teachings and
influences He deems as harmful and destructive.
Our God warns us about these things.
If we have never sensed any sort of caution when reading a book,
listening to a particular doctrinal slant or connecting with another
‘believer’, we might not know the Lord in this way. He warns us of certain camps among those who
claim to follow Him. Our God is to be
worshiped in spirit and truth so we can expect Him to warn us about falsities
and religious leaders who will have a leavening effect on us.
