Proverbs 28:26
He that
trusteth in his own heart is a fool:
but whoso walketh wisely, he shall be
delivered.
Do you want
to tear down your house? With your own
hands? Then, trust in your own
heart. Believe your feelings. Consider your conclusions as absolute and to
be obeyed. Make sure your perspective is
the one that is heeded to by all around you.
Believe your judgments and emotions.
Be sure to control everyone based on what you think you need. That is trusting in your own heart and that
is a foolish woman. We are to walk
wisely. Walking wisely means keeping an
open heart and mind to what the Lord may be trying to tell us and show us. Wisdom will be yielding and can be
quiet. Do not be wise in your own
eyes. Fear the Lord and depart from
evil.
