Proverbs - Excellence

Proverbs 31:29

Many daughters have done virtuously, but thou excellest them all.

There are many women who have great virtues but the woman who is submitted to the Lord is the one who is head and shoulders above the rest.  We are not doing things to be virtuous.  We are doing things by His power and out of our love and devotion to the Lord.  Unless the Lord builds the house through us, we will build and not have anything to show for it.  It doesn’t matter what society is doing or what type of virtue is being extolled, if we are women who are seeking the Lord we will excel in that which He is perfecting. We won’t need to TRY and be virtuous.  He is the author and finisher of our faith and our lives are intended to be written by Him.  We will excel because we will be serving the Excellent
