Proverbs 8:34
Blessed is the man that heareth me, watching
daily at my gates,
waiting at the posts of my
doors.
Wisdom can be heard and wisdom will be predictably given to
all who watch daily at the Lord’s gates and wait at the posts of His
doors. Are you continuing to make
decisions based upon your own reasoning or without coming before Your God and
asking Him for counsel and wisdom? Are
you barreling into your day with your lists of things to do determining
priorities without coming before Him in the morning watching, waiting and
listening? The Lord has so much
wonderful wisdom to give us as mothers, budgeters, domestic engineers,
employees, and every other sort of work He has for us to do. Let us ask and we shall receive, seek and we
shall find.
